Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a science/engineering field.
•5 years progressively responsible post-Bachelor's experience as a Software/Applications Engineer, Computer Systems Analyst, or in a related Information Technology occupation.
•3 years' experience developing object-oriented, web-based consumer applications in a web services, Java/J2EE 3-tier environment. Experience with high volume data, direct consumer applications a must.
•2 years managing teams of application engineers using Agile development to deliver complex business systems.
•2 years estimating work effort, planning, organization, and implementing complex software projects.
•2 years working with XML, HTML, JavaScript/AJAX, IDE (Eclipse), ANT, JDBC, JMS, JSP, Servlets, Unit Testing (JUnit), Java Containers (JBoss/Tomcat) and relational databases, including Oracle and SQL.
•2 years of experience in implementing third party DAM systems like Alfresco, Documentum, Windchill, Day based on industry open standards like JCR and CMIS.
Qualifications:
•Experience estimating work, planning, organization and implementing complex software projects.
•Strong Agile or other iterative methodology experience
•Deep expertise in Object Oriented analysis and design, UML modeling, Classic design patterns and J2EE patterns.
•Diverse and deep experience utilizing Java tools in business, Web, and client-server environments including Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Enterprise Java Bean (EJB), JavaServer Pages (JSP), Java Servlets (including JNDI), and Java database Connectivity (JDBC) technologies
•In-depth understanding in integration technologies between DAM (Digital Asset Management) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.
•In depth understanding of Data Models for Product Life Cycle tools such as Windchill.
•In depth understanding of various image content types such as PDF, JPEG, PNG, Adobe Illustrators, SVG, FXG, TIFF etc.
•In depth understanding of image rendering and repurposing server based technologies such as Adobe Scene7 and DeepServer, Adobe CS5 Scripts.
•Extensive experience in building application based on J2EE or JBoss technology stack that is scalable globally based on cloud infrastructure.
•Experience integrating applications in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment with particular focus on Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology. Experience with JBOSS is a must.
