 This resource needs to have extensive experience in implementations with several r12 projects under their belt.  Functional role

• Senior Oracle R12 Functional consultant focused on Payroll module.  Other HR modules including Global HR, Benefits and Time/Labor is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience reviewing, creating and testing Fast Formulas.
• At least 2 Oracle R12 Payroll implementations with experience upgrading from R11 to R12 a plus.

Experience working with an off-shore remote team is a plus
