Required Skills:

10 + years of progressive IT industry experience 

Minimum 5 years of experience with Websphere Message Broker (WMB 6.1+) development 

Software development lifecycle, object-oriented analysis and design, high competency in Java application design and development 

J2EE(EJB, JCA, JTA,etc.), Web Services(XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, BEPL etc), JMS, WMQ, ESQL 

Developing .NET based services and MSMQ 

WSRR, Rational HATS, and related products
