IRIS's Direct Client, who writes and manages over $1 billion in annual automobile and homeowners' insurance premiums, has an immediate opening for a Vignette Developer for a Contract opening. The Hiring Manager, hoping to set up first round interviews, is interested in reviewing resumes immediately.

 

This long-term contract opening based located in Boston, MA requires a highly motivated and experienced software engineer who has experience with Vignette Content Management - VCM 7.5, Dynamic Site Module (DSM), Dynamic Portal Module (DPM), Vignette WorkFlow and JavaScript.

 

Job Description:

 

Vignette Developer

 

Candidates should have comprehensive experience working with Vignette and on content management systems, good organizational and communication skills, and be able to work well within a fast-paced, team environment. Candidates must be self-directed, confident, and able to work independently.

 

Experience/Education Requirements:

·       3+ years experience working with Vignette Content Management - VCM 7.5, Dynamic Site Module (DSM), Dynamic Portal Module (DPM), Vignette WorkFlow

·       3+ years of experience in Web application development

·       Experience JavaScript, Servlets, JSP, CSS, HTML, DHTML.

·       Experience with AJAX techniques and modern JavaScript libraries like JQuery

·       Experience with Java and J2EE technologies.

·       Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

·       (A BIG PLUS would be) Experience with Mobile application development and HTML5 a big plus.

·       Familiarity with Open Source frameworks such as Spring, Struts.
