Job Description:

Our direct client is looking for a Business Analyst for a 6 month contract.  This is an onsite position in Santa Ana, CA 92707

Our client is looking for a strong business analyst with hands on experience with Contact Center

Nice to have:  Knowledge of these IC suite applications a plus - Campaign manager, Monet/Nova Soft, Workforce.

 

Job Responsibilities:

·         This individual will be responsible for working with users to define requirements and write specifications,

·         Good hands on experience as a business analyst

·         Experience with Requirements Gathering and Documenting, Use Case Creation, Functional Design Creation

·         The candidate should expect to work under tight deadlines while juggling multiple facets of the project. 

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment.

·         Serves as a liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

·         Translates business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization, manages changes to such specifications, and educates the IT organization on the direction of the business.

·         Gathers information about the organization's work processes and information flows.

·         Documents existing process in technical model format in order to evaluate and define new IT solutions and implementation processes.
