Position: 
 

1. .Net - 10 or 12+ years of experience

2. Knowledge in all flavors of .net including Asp.net, vb.net, c#, classic asp, webservices, WCF etc
3. Performance tuning, any performance monitoring tools used to catch the performance issues and provided recommendations
4. Conceptual knowledge
5. Memory Leaks concepts
6. Able to perform code review on and provide recommendations and provide facts to back up the recommendations.
