Duration -: 12+ months

Role Specific Activities:
·         Work closely with our GWS project team developing the Warranty Siebel Solution
·         Establish a working relationship with Cummins business customers, functional excellence leaders, and Cummins shared service providers
·         Stay abreast of emerging Siebel technical and functional solutions and provide input to both the GWS project and the Siebel Practice Foundation
·         Provide  Functional Solution Design & improve CMI commonality across all the GWS design areas of the project
·         Provide implementation support, guidance & readiness reviews to all Siebel Design documents with regards to the GWS Project
·         Follow the Siebel Practice Foundation's Roadmap & Instance Strategy
·         Work within the Siebel Practice Foundation guidelines when leading the design of the GWS Project
·         Provide functional knowledge for All Siebel modules to the Business Units globally and to the overall GWS project team
·         Understand the overall integration of Siebel applications and modules to other applications
·         Support the Siebel Practice Foundation Standards, Common Solutions, and Continuous Improvement
·         Participate in solution design and RICE development reviews for  the GWS project
·         Resolve gaps that involve multiple organizations and functions globally and regionally
·         Resolve business issues in conjunction with the SPF  team
·         Support the implementation readiness review process
·         Communicate new features and functionality and also the functional or technical shortcomings within the Siebel product to both SPF and the GWS team


Preferred Skills:
·         CRM Siebel Applications 6.x, Siebel 7.7, Siebel7.8, Siebel 8.0, Siebel8.1
·         Data Mapping, Cleansing, matching and merging data from multiple sources.
·         Siebel - Oracle MDM Integration.
·         Siebel Integration via Web services, (over JMS and HTTP), Siebel EIM.
·         Workflows, Integration Objects, Data-maps, Business Service, EAI Dispatch Service.
·         Siebel E-script, Siebel Browser Script, VBScript.
·         Siebel Server Architecture with load balancing.
·         SQL, PL/SQL, SQL * Loader, Triggers, Packages, Procedures, Functions, DBLink
·         Siebel Data Visibility control based on Position - Organization - Responsibility.
·         Siebel Virtual Business Components (VBC) and External Business Components (EBC).
·         Siebel - Workflow Policies, Workflow Programs, Assignment Manager and Audit trail.
·         Knowledge of Configuring tables, BC, BO, Applets, Views, Screens, Application.
·         Knowledge of OPA and BI Publisher a plus.
·         Siebel System Administrative tasks like Server administration, repeating components, Responsibilities, seed data management, state-models, DVM, runtime events.
