Position: Network Management System Consultant

Location: Middletown, NJ

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Job Description:

 

Experience with design of:

 

·         NMS (Network Management System)/EMS (Element Management System)

·         Proficiency with network management protocols and tools such as SNMP, Syslog, RMON, LDAP, AAA, and Wireshark, WinPcap, Cacti, Mimic Simulator, Nfdump, and Nfsen

·         Should have experience in config of Networking devices ( Routers, Switches etc)

·         Experience in development or laboratory testing large scale UNIX/LINUX network management systems that perform FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security) functions for Ethernet/IP equipment and networks.

·         Programming Skills including Unix Shell, Java, Perl, Tcl

·         Server platforms including Linux, MS Windows, SUN Solaris, Unix

·         Web Application Servers including Weblogic, XML

·         Databases including Oracle, MS SQL

·         Network Certification training (CCNP/JNCIS, CCIE/JNCIE) is desirable
