Duration: 12 – 18 Months+
Skills:
• Experience in Telecom Domain with Siebel Trouble Tickets and Fault mgmt apps integrations with Siebel (eg. Remedy to Siebel)
• Experience in CTI integration with Siebel and Siebel Call Center
• Good understanding of order mgmt.
• Nice to Have eTOM knowledge of 'Service Problem Management' and 'Problem Handling' areas
• Strong experience in Siebel CRM and Siebel Call Center
