Job Requirement:
Note: Key is to find a Business analyst/Architect/PM who understands the Salesforce domain very well. Financial industry experience is good to have as well as understanding of Sales/Lead generation modules in SFDC.

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Considerable knowledge of SFDC business line or functional area in CRM and Sales/Lead Generation
- Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Duties
• Interface with internal resources and external delivery partners to ensure successful development of project requirements to meet business objectives. Lead the planning and execution of the User Acceptance Test effort in partnership with vendor and other team members. Partner closely with a Delivery Manager to assess risks to the delivery plan by reviewing the scope, development timelines, design choices, technology options, test plans, etc. and recommend trade-off decisions to business & technology stake holders. Manage performance of the project team and evaluate overall team performance.
• Creating and Documenting Business Requirements, Functional Specifications Creating and Documenting Use Cases Creating, documenting and Executing Test Plans, Test Scripts and Test Results Data migration and cleansing using Excel.
• Managing UAT sessions and Project communication Issue Management and Tracking Status Reporting and Tracking Setting and Managing Expectations
• Support includes planning new deployments, expanding existing usage, completing training sessions and updating related user training materials, preparing business requirement documents, and performing user acceptance testing as needed.
• Heavy emphasis on developing reporting and dashboards.
• Prior experience in using Salesforce.com CRM tool or other customer relationship management tools
• Experience in CRM/Sales/Finance/mortgage related business processes
• Experience with Oracle SQL
• Should have Salesforce integration exp
• Familiarity with the user of version control tools (such as CVS)
