This position provides business IT infrastructure management, business analysis, project management, IT asset management, and application support for Customer Operations (CO). Experience in Business Analysis and change management experience is needed.
Role is focused, but not limited to:
- Analyzing business needs to assist in providing IT solutions
- Installation and support of CO business applications, hardware and infrastructure
- Software and hardware license compliance management
- Liaison between infrastructure IT support groups and the business unit representatives
- Support for field mobile devices and related equipment – troubleshooting of software/hardware and system configuration issues
- Oversees and approves requests by CO for Hardware and Software
- Helps coordinate broad IT Initiatives across the CO (i.e. Hardware lifecycles, Workstation/laptop OS and MS office upgrades)
- Conducts software audits
- Other duties may include software configuration, software upgrades, technical documentation, and project management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or IT Management
3-5 years relevant experience
Programmer skills not required but nice to have
