Role: ETL Informatica Architect

Location: Mason, OH

Duration: 12+ Months

Job description:

• Writes advanced SQL including some query tuning
• Experience in the identification of data quality
• Database design experience is helpful
• Experience designing and building complete ETL/SSIS/Informatica processes moving and transforming data for ODS, Staging, and Data Warehousing
• Knowledge of C#/VB.NET a plus
• Utilize ad-hoc techniques to perform on-the-fly analysis of data
• Proficient in how to deploy to and debug a production Informatica environment
• Identify, recommend and implement ETL process and architecture improvements
• Assist and verify design of solution and production of all design phase deliverables
• Exposure to tools including - Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB), SAP Data Services, IBM Infosphere Information Server, SAS Data Management, PowerCenter Informatica, Elixir Repertoire for Data ETL, Data Migrator (IBI), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• To be able to Assist in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs.
• Knowledge of a variety of technologies and/or the ability to understand technology dependencies and manage technology integration required
• Experience working within health insurance industry.
• Experience/exposure in JIRA & Confluence
• Experience/exposure in Agile & SAFe
• Experience/exposure with APIs
• Strong healthcare experience
• To have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• To be able to explain the work in plain language;
