Title: BI Architect w/SAP BW Lead

Location: WA (Need face to face after telephonic)

Duration: 4 Months

Rate Target: $55-65/Hr All Inclusive

 

The BIPM Architect will drive the technical work stream, will design the overall BI architecture (Design, Dev and Test), and lead a team of developers. This individual must have experience with designing, developing and deploying solutions using SAP/BW. Experience managing a technical team is also required as this individual will oversee a team consisting of 1-2 DW/ETL developers and a Report developer. Exposure to Business Objects Xcelsius and/or Crystal Reports is preferred as is experience with iterative development processes (such as SCRUM).

Deliverables:
Technical Design
• Design Data Warehouse models
• Design ETL specifications and source-to-target mappings
• Design security plan
• Prepare test plan

Development
• Develop Data Warehouse
• Develop ETL Packages and Scripts
• Develop Dashboards and Reports
• Configure Portal
• Implement Dashboard Level Security
• Perform Unit Testing

Testing
• Develop system test cases and scripts
• Perform system test / regression tests
• Aid Intermec in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and execution
• Assist in migrating solution to production
