The first one needs to have Web Crawler experience with .Net technology. SEO (Search Engine Optimization ) experience could work too.

Description of need
Client needs to replace the WEB crawlers that are currently in place that scrape information from pre-identified information sources (FAA , Manufacturers) and harvest this information into a data base. The data structures exist. The current system gathers all information from the sites accessed and stores information to the database. A lot of parsing is done. When run again it throws away all gathered information and starts over. The solution sought would be able to define a delta and only gather changes and store the changes without dropping the previous results. The crawler could be written with .NET or other technology.
