Minimum Requirements
A large financial institution in Wilmington DE is in need of a Senior Java Developer to work on multiple projects of varying complexity.  Will be designing and developing Java applications. 

*At least 5 years of experience with Middleware server-side JEE development.

*Solid understanding of web-based systems and object-oriented design in a highly-available, enterprise-class environment.

*Hands-on experience developing web service providers and consumers.

*Ability to integrate with existing code base with minimal documentation or supervision.

*Ability to construct proper unit and functional tests from a requirements document.
