Title: Business Analyst

Description:
This BA position will serve as test analyst business (TAB) in the Life portions of Product Solutions Test Delivery function. This BA will serve as a test lead, perform test execution, test strategy creation, test plan development, test case creation, and test data creation, etc. on life-based projects.
Skills/knowledge required: General life product knowledge and experience working in the Life insurance space required
Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) knowledge, desired but not required
Strong understanding of Web based (Thin Client) applications and multi platform environments
Understanding of the Development Life cycle and related project efforts
Ability to translate Requirements/Use Cases into test ware
Ability to research current procedures and specification for application test ware
Ability to translate requirements/procedures and specifications into test data needs
Ability to work closely with other business and system analysts and testers
Ability to work under aggressive timelines
Ability to coordinate offshore efforts
Strong coordination skills
Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
