Job Title: Oracle EBS R12 (RAC) Technical Lead
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: Long Term
Oracle Apps DBA role. Should have strong hands on expertise in R12.1.1 and R12.1.3 upgrades, upgrade tuning and production downtime reduction. Strong hands on experience with Oracle RAC (Real Application Cluster) and has led multiple implementations and has strong client facing skills. It falls more into the Tech Manager level ? tech Lead role.
Client need a resource to support End client internal systems, including all of their environments (a total of 15).
The project calls for two resources on the ground at client location in TN for the production environments.
The resource client is looking for would act as an EBS R12 (RAC) technical lead and serve as the activity lead for all services, including a team of up to 5 GSD (off-shore) resources and another on-site resource to handle the non-production environments.
The Requirement for the Lead Spot:
Work with the Oracle project manager to create a project management plan that outlines all tasks for both production and non-production on both systems
Coordinate maintenance activities for the on-site and off-shore teams for both production and non-production systems
Provide key (hands-on) support for one of the two environments
The keys will be leadership, diplomacy and an ability to dynamically manage through diverse situations as they arise.
