Must Have Skills:
System and/or business analysis skill (requirements, quality assurance, production support, and training).
Experience on projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Ability to work independently and in a team environment,
Ability to multi-task and work effectively on multiple projects,
Understanding of basic finance, ability to learn quickly, and
Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities in multiple disciplines
Desired Skills:
Experience with and understanding of Services Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Previous media industry.

Multiple projects - to support their Enterprise Needs – for internal users
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Working with a cross functional team and business owner to produce high quality software by participating in feature discussions and test driven development
Leading the team in following agile practices to better respond to and encouraging business flexibility
Making recommendations on solutions that meet users' needs while minimizing costs
Creating and maintaining system and user documentation
Ensuring software quality during design, development, and testing
Analyzing data to support system integrations, data quality efforts, and resolving production issues
Participating in system design, in particular user interface design
Facilitating discussions and design sessions
Contributing to standards development for documentation and assisting with peer reviews to improve quality and consistency across projects
Assisting in task planning, estimation, and scheduling
