Job Role:  JAVA J2EE Developer 
Job Location:Milwaukee, WI
Duration: Contract
Rate: $42/ hr on C2C (all inclusive)

Messaging and Interfacing(L2)-Programmer:  Should be able to write programs independently. Should be havinggood knowledge in one or more of Messaging and Interfacing technologies likeJava Mail, JCA, JMS, JNI etc and able debug and solve applications.Understanding Data request and response queue. Should be able to implementapplication handling synchronous and asynchronous request and response. JMS: Able to implement applications for communicating between J2EE servers. Shouldknow how to write and execute unit test cases 

-->J2EE(L4)-Should be able to architect a solution in this technology area fora given problem statement. In depth knowledge of mutli tire architecture.Should be able to design and architect solution around J2EE, should be wellversed with stacking and layering of architecture modeling, should beconversent with decsion making in terms of technology comparision with J2EEtechnologies Should be able to understand customer business requirements andpropose optimal solutions around J2EE technologies focusing on simplifications,virtualization, aggregation and automation. 

-->Java Transaction Management(L1)-JTA:  Should be aware of fundamentals on JTA, Bean managed and Containermanaged user transactions, Transaction manager, XA resource, JTS - transactionmanager, interface &  exceptions. Good knowledge of X/Open XA Architecture, JTAImplementation of the X/Open XA architecture, Java Transaction APIs, UserTransaction Support in EJB server, User Transaction support in JNDI, J2SE.Should understand unit testing ( and able to execute unit test cases. 

-->Web Services(L3)-Tech. Lead:  Should be able to Design and Architect Web Services,Interoperability between J2EE and .Net. Should be able to Design and ArchitectWS complying with WS-I standards 

-->J2EE(L3)-Should be able to design, develop, debug programsindependently and mentor others. Good understanding of Java EE 5 platform,Annotations, JPA, Dependency injection, EJB 3.0, Web services, JSF 1.2, JSP2.1, Servlet 2.5, JSTL 1.2 and the simpler packaging rules. Aware of JMX, JTA.Usage of right Design Patterns, proper user, session managements, should alsobe conversent with developing application with various presentation andpersistence models, Performance optimizations, Caching. Should be able todesign using J2EE technologies. 

-->Unix Application Programming(L2)-Unix OS:  a. Basics of Unix Operating system and architecture overview b. UnixLogin( Concepts of users, groups, passwd, overview of shell/starting shells,basic commands related to these ) c. Unix filesytem ( Unix filesystem overview,concepts of files &  directories, working directory, absolute &  relative paths,file ownership, file permissions, basics of hard/soft links ) d. Unix Processenvironment ( Concept of process, process relationship &  ownership, concept ofprocess ID, psop command, ). Basics of signals e. Basics of Unix shell, shellcommands, I/O redirection, piping. Basics of vi editor. f. Basicredirection/filters:  grep, find, pipe, cat, tail, head etc Unix SystemProgramming:  a. Basic file handling ( Creating, reading, writing files ) b.Basic process/memory control ( Understanding process environment, programarguments, basic memory management ) 

-->Unix Shell Scripting(L3)-[Maintenance of Shell scripts] - Maintenance and enhancements of shell scripts- Debugging and trouble shooting the shell scripts - Ability to develop scriptsinterfacing with databases - Ability to handle large scripts that in-turn usemultiple executables and external scripts - Error logging [Debugging] -Enablingdebugging - Syntax Checking Shell Tracing - Using echo -Using Standard Error -Options for Debugging - Script Tracing - Conditional Debugging
