Dot Net Developer – with current banking exp – should have exp with WPF/WCF

The responsibilities of the .Net Developer will include:

·         Work with end users to define and document requirements and gain-sign-off

·         Develop desktop and web application using MS .NET 3.5/4.0, WPF, WCF, Win forms, ASP.Net and AJAX with mostly web service based integration touch points

·         Develop Oracle/SQL Server database functions like table definitions, store procedures, and triggers

·         Write detailed technical specs and implementation plans

·         Write unit test cases for both manual execution and automated unit test cases within the code (nUnit)

·         Perform unit, integration and system testing.

·         Identify main areas of design/implementation risk and implement successful mitigating actions

·         Provide QA testing support

Required Skills & Experience

·         .NET 3.5/4.0 (C#, WPF, WCF)

·         ASP.NET 2.0 and Windows Forms

·         Oracle Database development and deployment (SQL, PL/SQL, Transact-SQL,  functions and stored procedures, DML and DDL triggers, DB versioning)

Desired Skills & Experience

·         Experience with Infragistics, Prism/Unity framework a plus.

·         Any experience with continuous integration tools, automated build and deployment (CruiseControl.NET, Nant) a plus
