Job Title Sr. Program Manager
Duties Identify opportunities for improvement to close tactical gaps to align to the defined commerce lifecycleprogram execution methodology; Provide guidance to program managers and project managers on tactics required to raise executionstandards, reviewing project team operating models, methods and assets used to manage projects• Provide guidance and oversight to ensure quality of deliverables and accomplishment of all milestonesincluding but not limited to: business requirements definition, user experience definition, success metricsdefinition, functional design, user acceptance testing, training development, communicationsmanagement, solution deployment, user adoption, and post-project performance review
Skills ; Project planning
Project execution and stakeholder management
weekly project meetings and updates
Budget tracking and functional estimating
Make sure all projects are governed with proper CL lifecycly methodology
Work with internal project team to ensure Change management, value realization and internal cross functioanl teams are contributing and held accountable for project deliverables.
Duration: 6 months
