Responsibilities: Candidate must demonstrate ability to multi-task across multiple operational tasks and projects. Projects and tasks include but are not limited to

 

 

 

1) Process Flow documentation in Visio with associated work instruction in Microsoft Word,

 

2) Process mapping between systems

 

3) Process troubleshooting and streamlining,

 

4) Web based system administrative role documentation to include user profiles, configuration changes, instruction manuals, report building, business process changes, and automation of all business processes,

 

5) Participate in system testing and support

 

6) Build reports and understand relational databases

 

7) Candidate must have the ability to respond and resolve problems within the designated timeframe.

Qualifications: Required Skills/Experience:

Minimum (Required):

 

•5yrs- Documenting, streamlining, automating and implementing business processes to include financial separation of duties.

•5yrs - Corporate Business Financial exposure

•3-5yrs - MS Office suite including Access, Excel, Word and Visio

•1yrs - Microsoft SQL Report Builder 3.0

•3-5yrs - Effective communications skills, ability to create Visio

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Preferred:

 

•3-5yrs - User help desk coordination, communication and monitoring processes

•3-5yrs - Skill designing and monitoring complex spreadsheets, database models, utilizing word processing and presentation software.

•3-5yrs - System testing protocols
