BO Resource:

This resource needs to have knowledge of *Data Services Engine* (DSE) for Customer address validation & De duping and also *BO Postal Soft* for Label files presorting & printing.
It is also required that person should have enough knowledge on creating web services from BO which can be exposed & consumed by other applications (MyAccount, EStore & SFDC).

As per my understanding this will be 2 resources who can work in both areas.

Below are the functions that are performed in each area as per our requirements:

Customer Address validation & De Duping
1. Cleansing & Enhancing - Data Cleanse & ACE (Address Correction and Encoding) to get complete, standardized form of address and assign codes for postal automation.
2. Merge Purge - Match & Consolidate (Data is matched with existing cleansed data)

BO Postal Soft (Mail Stream Replacement)
3. Mail Preparation - Presort & Label Studio
