QA Analyst - Trading Systems
Location: Chicago, IL (LOCAL)
Duration: Full Time Position

Description:
 As a QA Analyst, some of your responsibilities will include: performing system, integration and regression testing for a suite of web-based and back office Futures and Options trading applications; developing, maintaining and executing manual test cases; providing breakdown of QA tasks and time estimates for project planning; participating and providing input in requirement and technical design review meetings. You will work in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment with a team of QA analysts, software developers, project managers/business analysts, and business representatives. This role requires someone that is able to work on multiple tasks at a time, and can manage time and priorities effectively.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience working as a QA Analyst ( manual testing ).
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle methodologies ( i.e. SDLC, RUP, Agile ).
Manual and Black Box testing experience with complex and functionality-rich applications.
Understanding of database schemas and querying tools ( i.e. SQL ).
Basic knowledge of programming language concepts ( preferably in C#, C++, asp.net ).
B.S. degree or equivalent work experience required.

Preferred Experience:
Software quality assurance experience with financial exchange, FCM, and/or futures and options trading systems, etc.
