To succeed in this role you must be able to: Analyze project and financial data in MS Excel, utilizing advanced functions such as PivotTables and lookup formulas.   Develop Microsoft Access queries for reporting purposes Integrate information from various sources including databases and spreadsheets.  Track assumptions related to particular cuts of data.  Manage various snapshots of information in an orderly way so that other team members can access and use.  Run existing weekly/monthly/adhoc queries as needed and validate the results.  Develop and update requirements/procedures for processes and reporting.  Provide testing, data entry, or other assistance as needed.  Be a consistent self starter and able to manage your time/priorities in environment of ongoing change.  Be result and not activity oriented. Description:

Position Purpose: Provide support to the VP Demand Management and the Head of PMO with respect to Investment Board and related Demand Management activities and Overall Responsibilities.  Hands on lead for all Demand Management reporting, including:

Project financials tracking and reconciliation.  Capacity planning.  Directional and operational views of Project finance and Project capacity information.  Portfolio mix analysis including but not limited to funding source, sponsoring org, and application of capacity (i.e. how much PM time per $ for a given line of business).  Portfolio Metrics analysis including but not limited to change in forecast or actual Project finances and Project capacity.  Assistant liaison to Finance to reconcile actuals.  Assistant liaison to Delivery/Development management to reconcile forecast details and associated capacity.
