SAP CRM Analyst

Plano,  TX

CRM (customer relationship management) analytics comprises all programming that analyzes data about an enterprise's customers and presents it 

so that better and quicker business decisions can be made. CRM analytics can be considered a form of online analytical processing (OLAP)

and may employ data mining.  

Job Description: Position is for either Plano TX or Chicago IL location.

Position is for 3 months but could have possible extensions.

This is a SAP CRM Trade Production Support Contractor position. 

It is an individual contributor role providing production support to the SAP CRM TPM, TFM, and TCM functional areas.

Responsible for resolving production break/fix issues in accordance with SLA guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a very strong working knowledge of the Trade Promotions / Funds / Claims Management business process and systems, 

exceptional problem solving capabilities, a strong desire to drive the availability of the systems, and an ability to work effectively in a dynamic 

and challenging environment across multiple geographic locations.

Must have ability to communicate with end user community to perform incident analysis and resolution.

Must be able to work closely with SAP technical staff to provide functional requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year experience in SAP CRM TFM/TCM/TPM configuration and working knowledge of associated business processes (CRM 7.0 preferred). 

• Strong background in problem solving and resolution of production support break fix tickets in CRM environment.

• Experience working with interfacing systems – ECC, BPS, BW is desired.

• BDoc monitoring and troubleshooting skills are a plus.

• Experience with SAP troubleshooting tools: debug, trace, system log and dump analysis
