Qualification:

•               Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology or related field required or equivalent experience

•               Experience:

•               5 years of IT experiences developing web based applications

•               3 years experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006/2009

•               4 years of experience with the following technologies: VB.Net, XML, ASP.Net and SQL Server 2005 or later

•               4 years of experience with development using MS Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010, Team Foundation Server, BizTalk Performance Monitoring Tool, and IIS

•               1 year of experience in using HL7

•               Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal IT resources, business customers, and vendor partners in a fast paced, demanding environment

•               Public sector industry background is a plus
