We are looking out for a strong J2EE tech lead with experience on any BPM workflow tools ( Fujitsi Interstage, Intalio).

 

Exp – 7+ years in IT

-       At least a year experience working and integration BPM tool for Enterprise solutions

-       Good understating and experience in Object Oriented concepts and web enterprise projects. (Apps – J2EE, Websphere, Hibernate, Spring, Struts / DB – Oracle)

-       Understanding on Oracle RDBMs concepts expected.

-       Has been managing a team size of at least 5 people. Good onsite experience of at least a year with decent client interactions.

-       Excellent communication skills and ability to co-ordinate multiple teams from client side.
