Business Systems Analyst with an established background in data
integration efforts, including data mapping and gap analysis for
inbound/outbound data feeds"
"General skills:
- Proven ability to participate in a team of business analysts -
reporting to a lead BA - to drive: requirements gathering, current
environment analysis, identification of gaps, establishing target
operating models, and selection of appropriate technology packages to
support the operating model.
- Ability to communicate clearly using business terms with subject
matter experts from the business, technology and vendors.
- Hands-on deadline oriented self-starter with the proven ability to
execute and drive deliverables with limited direction from the lead BA
or project manager
- Working project methodology experience with the ability to follow
specific standards for this engagement
- Desirable: Working understanding of asset management data domains
and the data requirements of trading compliance and decision support
systems

Domain expertise required:
At least 5 years experience in technology overall
2 years+ BA experience in data integration, including data mapping and
gap analysis
2 years+ BA experience in financial services and/or data warehousing
desirable
