Description of Services/Required Skills:

At least 3 years experience with configuration, administration, and setup of SharePoint, SQL Reporting Services, and SQL server.
At least 3 years experience with configuration, administration, setup, and writing custom components for server.
At least 5 years of software development experience, preferably in a ASP.NET/C# environment.

Deliverables:
Establish a stable technical environment for the system.
Design and create the database.
Create identified data entry screens.
Create identified reports using SQL Server Reporting Services.
Mentor DOE staff who will complete the project and maintain the system.
