In Reston VA, but heavy travel requirements (up to 50%) - covered by client

 

Clearance/Citizenship/Background: No Citizenship requirements, though this person will be directly interfacing with the customers so communication skills are KEY

 

Description:

 

We are looking for a dynamic individual that has experience designing, implementing and supporting IBM FileNet P8 systems to support our existing knowledge management practice. This individual should have at least 6 years experience working with FileNet technologies, with working knowledge in IBM FileNet P8 and FileNet Records Manager.  The ideal candidate must have demonstrated in-depth knowledge, understanding, and hands on experience of architecting Document Management solutions using IBM FileNet Content Manager.  The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work with the client in understanding their business needs, as well as the ability to configure the FileNet P8 solution to meet the client's needs.   

 

Skills:

·         6+ years experience in architecting the business information of Document Management Systems Solutions.

·         6+ years experience with document imaging products.

·         8+ years experience in IT Projects.

·         Experience with FileNet P8, i.e. Server Components, user interfaces, workflow, Records Manager.

·         Analyze business requirement and develop system requirements, design and documentation.

·         Hands on experience configuring FileNet P8 applications

·         Excellent written and verbal communication, meeting facilitation and presentation skills.

·         Proven process improvement and organizational change management skills.

·         Engage the vendor company for product support.

·         Develop methodology to initiate and execute changes, modifications, and upgrades to these applications.

·         Interface directly with client project teams, client engineering teams, product, and build management teams.
