FileNet administrator
Location : Chicago, IL.
Duration : 6 Months.
The FileNet P8 administrator is production support for the Filenet infrastructure. Responsibilities include: day-to-day technical and system support the integrated FileNet environment; track, analyze and resolve trouble tickets performance and capacity management, assisting the development team, release management, and repository configuration, security administration; application and system monitoring; change management; and documentation
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for installing, maintaining, configuring, administering and troubleshooting FileNet P8 environment.
* Develop and implement Operational guidelines
* Implement Operational Best Practices
* System Administration and Technical Support
* At least 2 Years of Independent Hands-on Admin Experience managing Production Environment
* Make modifications to existing hardware/software to fit specialized needs and configurations
* Maintain program libraries and technical documentation.
* Able to work independently.
