Position        :     Application Technical Support Specialist
Location       :     CA Burbank
Duration      :      17 months

 

Need to start ASAP

 

Description/Comment:
The Application Technical Support Specialist will oversee onshore and offshore Tier 2 / Tier 3 application support specialists within specified workgroup (Tower) of applications.
Role is focused on providing day-to-day task management and support for applications that are deployed to the production environment, and working with their team to ensure the availability of an application or product for end users.

 

Additional Job Details: Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. A minimum of 2 years of application support experience in a production environment
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience with Java or another equivalent programming language
4. A minimum of 2 years of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:
• ITIL certification or strong understanding of ITIL processes
• Media and entertainment industry experience
• Project Management experience
• Service Management experience
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
