Requirements :

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Hands on Service Modules Analyst for an R12 upgrade project; Provides the functional and business analysis expertise throughout all phases of project lifecycle

• Facilitate/Conduct interviews and discovery sessions in the Service area to determine current business issues and requirements

• Facilitate/Conduct workshops to drive future state based on R12 functionality

• Exceptional ability to diagnose and solve system problems, while working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines.

• Ensures overall quality of assigned deliverables

 

Skills:

 

• 6+ years of Oracle ERP experience, with minimum of 2 full life cycle Oracle implementations and 1 full Oracle R12 upgrade

• Oracle 11i and R12 experience mandatory; working knowledge of Oracle Service modules such as Depot Repair, Installbase, Service Contract, TeleService, Order Management and Inventory modules.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task management, and organizational skills.

• Relationship Management including: Building strong relationships with the client, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, prioritization skills, and strong communication skills

• Ability to produce concise and compelling written materials.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
