Job Description:

This position is responsible for designing and developing WBM Solutions for WPS and IBM BPM platforms. The primary technologies involved include

•          IBM Business Monitor

•          WebSphere Process Server

•          IBM Business Process Manager (Standard & Advanced)

Responsibilities include creating detailed technical design documents, working with business analysts to understand requirement details, implementing detailed designs, creating and executing unit and integration test plans.  This person will also be responsible to create promotion documentation and will be working with other teams as well as BPM customers so good communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction is a priority.  Creating detailed technical design artifacts, working with business analysts to understand requirement details.  Implementing detailed designs according to company standards and creating and executing test plans.  Participate in reviews and process audits to ensure that the correct processes are being followed rigorously.  Work with other teams, both internal and external to ensure consistency of process and best practices across IT and to build valuable cross team relationships.  

  

Must haves:

3+ years experience as WBM developer and supporting WBM monitor models.

Good understanding of Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) concepts

Good technical aptitude and critical thinking ability

Competent written and verbal communication / presentation skills

Able to communicate effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences

  

Nice to haves:

Good knowledge of building Monitor Models from SAP Events

Familiar with standard design artifacts
