Job Title: Lead Java Developer
Location: Chicago downtown, Chicago, IL
Duration: 6 months, extension based on review. Actual project duration 1-2 years.

Interview Process: Usually 2 telephonic interviews, but depends on 1st interview
Description:
- Strong programming knowledge in these related fields: Java; J2EE; Spring; Struts; EJB2 or EJB3; AJAX; Hibernate and other latest technologies
- Provide technical leadership for the full SDLC of the release(s)/project(s) to which you are assigned
- Design the new applications within the Target Architecture; break requirements down into development tasks to be completed
- and relay these tasks to the development team.
- Provide clear technical direction to ensure the developers understand the design and development tasks to be completed.
- Help validate alternate ways of developing the application. Troubleshoot difficult issues. Ensure development is completed on schedule.
- Retail Domain Knowledge would be an added advantage
- Excellent Communication and Client Interaction Skills
Mandatory Skill/s: Java, Spring, hibernate, Knowledge of Agile methodology is added advantage
Experience (yrs): 8-10 Years
Minimum Education: BE/B Tech/MCA
