Relevant Experience
(in Yrs) 10 Yrs & Above
Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong Technical Skills in Informatica IICS, Power BI and Azure Cloud Stack.
• Experience in Implementing large scale Enterprise Datawarehouse and Datamart's for business reporting
• Ability to manage technical resources, Vendors and 3rd Parties.
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
Experience Required
• 5+ Years of Tech Lead and Architecting Experience in Datawarehouse and data mart areas
• 3+ Years of Experience in Azure Could technologies for effecting Datawarehouse implementation on Cloud.
• Experience in Snowflake Technologies (Recommended)
• Experience in implementing medium to large projects
• Experience in onsite-offshore model
• Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel
• Experience in Utility domain (Recommended).
Roles & Responsibilities • Work closely with all business to capture requirements based on business objectives, initiatives, challenges, and questions
• Translate user stories into wireframe designs of the dashboards
• Provide advice on technical aspects of BI development and integration, including the operational and maintenance aspects of systems under development, and proposed system recovery procedures.
• Ensure that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices are applied correctly
• Support the team to respond positively to proposed data initiatives, and provide the necessary support and expertise to deliver such initiatives
• Provide ongoing support and implementation of change for the ETL solution interfacing between the applications
• Apply enterprise data management practices and principles in ways of working
• Identify patterns, trends and insight through use of the appropriate tools
• Identify data quality issues through data profiling, analysis and stakeholder engagement
• Be an advocate for the consistent approach to measuring metrics/ KPIs across the business
• Support and upskill the business to effectively use and maintain the dashboards
Generic Managerial Skills
• Communicate at both the technical and non-technical level
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and time effectively
