Educational qualifications and Experience:
• Master of Science in Software Engineering.
• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new interfaces between Enterprise Applications for managed file transfer, data transformation, translation for all enterprise electronic data.
• Serve as Liaison between external suppliers and Enterprise application owners and gather requirements for integrations that require Automated Managed File Transfer.
• Enhancing all the Middleware applications used for data translation/transformation and managed file transfer.
• Installing applications like IBM Installation manager, Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Control Center, Sterling Secure Proxy and Sterling External Authentication Server.
• Configuring custom SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTP, HTTPS protocols, server and client adapters on Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Creating Communities, Groups and Partners in Sterling File Gateway.
• Creating Custom Routing Channels Templates and Routing Channels.
• Creating system and CA certificates in Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Creating AS2 Organizations, AS2 Partners and Establishing relationships between partners and Organizations.
• Creating SSH key pairs (User Identity Keys), Known Host Keys, Authorized user keys and remote profiles in Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Installing and configuring Symantec PGP software on Linux and configuring Command Line adapters, PGP Server profile and custom PGP package, un-package business processes in Sterling B2B Integrator. Creating Key pairs for PGP.
• Installing and configuring McAfee command line virus scan in Linux and creating necessary command line adapters and business process in Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Creating/Updating Custom business processes using Graphic Process Modeler and Business Process Markup Language.
• Configuring New Mailboxes, Virtual Roots and Routing Rules in Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Creating Schedules for business processes, services and system cleanup processes.
• Onboarding vendors, trading partners, Logistic Carriers, Suppliers on Sterling File Gateway, Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling External Authentication server, Sterling Secure Proxy.
• Checking in SSH Keys, Certificates of partners in Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Monitoring the Production Environment, Troubleshooting file transmission errors, connectivity issues and Data/Compliance errors.
• Fine Tuning system cleanup jobs like backup, purge and archive.
• Fine Tuning database properties and Sterling B2B Integrator performance tuning parameters like Memory, JVM, Threads, DB Pool connections, BP Queue Threads to increase and optimize the performance of Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Creating Custom properties and fine tuning properties.
• Creating user exit profiles for password based and key based authentications in Sterling External Authentication Servers using LDAP/AD and local Sterling DB Authentication of users.
• Configuring Sterling B2B Integrator in Sterling Control Center.
• Creating Alerts, Rules, Actions, SLC's and Configuring File Transfer reports on Sterling Control Center.
• Installing Sterling Secure proxy engine and Configuration Manager.
• Installing and Configuring Perimeter Servers.
• Configuring Adapters, Engines, net maps, Policies, Perimeter Servers, SEAS server, password policy and SSO Configurations in SSP Configuration Manager.
• Create SQL queries and views for creating reports such as database usage and other reports.
• Creating Custom Shell scripts for file validation, archival, purging and scheduling cron jobs.
• Monitoring and Administering IBM Integration Bus, IBM MQ and IBM Data Power gateway.
• Installing new patches, fixes and upgrading of sterling MFT suite applications.
• Coordinating with hosting, network, firewall, load balancers and Database administrators for issue resolution and new requirements or changes.
• Creating test cases and documenting test results in HP ALM.
Working on Service Now for change requests, service requests and Incidents.
