| Necessary Skills | : | · Should have solid implementation and delivery experience on Opentext Content Server , Archive Server and OTDS · Should have installed and configured Remote cache servers and Opentext capture center · Should have OTCS Upgrade experience from 10/15 to OTCS 16.x versions · Should have implemented Opentext Record Management to manage electronic records · Should have working experience in Oracle and SQL Server database · Strong working experience in Content web services and RESTAPI · Experience in Extended ECM with legacy systems · Should have experience in implementing Opentext Content Server workflow based document management solution and Extended ECM custom solutions · Should have managed offshore team for Opentext ECM implementation and guided the team for successful delivery |

| · Experience in other ECM and Office 365 systems

| Roles & Responsibilities | : | · Design solution and enable the team to deliver it as required · Guide and support team to complete technical tasks · Take full ownership of delivery from offshore and ensure successful technical execution of ECM delivery · Work with TCS and Customer team to resolve any technical issues · Work with TCS and customer team to provide on time status report · Should work with team to communicate the project progress · If required, willing to support project critical support times
