| Title: .NET Developer Lead Location: Akron, OH Duration: 6 to 12 months |
Role & responsibility:
· Min 10+ years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) involving Design, Development, Integration, Implementation and Testing of applications in Client/Server, N-tier Architecture based on Microsoft .NET technologies, Angular JS.
· Expert in Object Oriented Design & Development using Microsoft .NET technologies including ASP.NET, Entity Framework, Web Services, XML, IIS Windows.NET Application, .NET Frameworks.
· Experience in developing UI rich Web Application and Web Service Applications using technologies like JavaScript, Typescript, Angular 1/2/6 AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS.
· Experience with Angular 8 modules, SOAP, JSON based services with WCF, and CRUD operations are handled with ASP.NET Web API.
· Good experience in using ADO.NET objects such as SQL Connection Object, SQL Command Object, and Datareader Object, Dataset Object and Data Adapter Object.
· Understand the values and principles of agile (e.g., value-focused delivery, adapting to change, and continuous improvement
· Simplify data flows and remove unrelated cost from complex and fragmented enterprise data systems
· Effectively plan, prioritize, and manage the delivery of data to increase business effectiveness
· Responsible for designing and maintaining data processes and architectural designs for data systems
· Communicated enterprise data architecture to data stewards and management across many to all levels
· Prepares realistic project implementation plans which highlight major milestones and deliverables leveraging standard methods and work planning tools
· Provides remedy plans for potential issues and risks during the analytics project implementation and can suggest realistic mitigation strategies
· Mentors data stewards across all levels in carrying out project implementation activities
· Leads the preparation of high-quality project deliverables that are valued by the business and presents them in such a manner that they are easily understood by project stakeholders
· Being a key point of contact all data stewards and business stakeholders across projects, teams, and the enterprise
· Use design thinking approaches to achieve enterprise level data architecture
· Conceptualizes and optimizes data flows across large data systems, projects, and/or the enterprise
· Communicating and owns the governance process of data related task
· Coordinate sourcing, maintaining, and validating large volumes data
· enterprise data warehouse projects with Snowflake, Azure SQL Server data warehouse, and Azure data services.
A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
· Strong communication skills
· Experience working in a cloud-based solution
· Experience working with client leadership to understand their overarching needs and provide data driven results
· Proven capacity to design and implement a full lifecycle cloud solution
· Ability to adapt in a fast-paced flexible environment
· 15+ years of experience around the skills mentioned above
· Preferred Skills:Azure/ AWS / GCP Architecture
