Title: PLM Business Analyst with Windchill Location: Allendale, NJ/ Kalamazoo, MI Duration: 5+ Months

 

•             Roles & Responsibilities                •             Experience of small customization and its deployments on Windchill platform

•             Perform customer interfacing role in Engineering System analysis, design, implementation, integration, especially in product design data flow, as activities are defined.

•             Responsible for timely deliverables of multiple concurrent analysis and development initiatives, in accordance with project and development standards.

•             Capture business requirements from the stakeholders per the demands

•             Perform feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management to priorities the deliveries

•             Create detailed Business Requirements and translate into functional specifications

•             Perform Requirement Analysis

•             coordinating with the business, run/ development teams to while engaging with stakeholders for handling IS Changes.

•             Handle Change Management

•             Function knowledge of Windchill

•             Domain knowledge on PHARMA MANUFACTURING is desirable

Generic Managerial Skills             

             Good communication skills

             Able to lead discussions with stakeholders

             Able to help junior team members

             Good planning and organizing skills

             Provide solution options as needed
