Title: Project manager Location: Galesburg, MI, Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland, OH Duration: 12+ Months

 

•             Plans and manages the IT project that comprises of multiple teams that span the organization.

•             Strong collaboration with the broader IT and Transformation team, business leaders and subject-matter-experts.

•             Accountable to Executive Steering Committee and Stakeholder Reference Groups for IT project delivery including the efficiency and functionality of all IT Project completions, timeline adherence, budget and resource management.

•             Develops overall project strategy to ensure proper sequencing and integration of components within the portfolio and partners with Business Program Director, IT Leadership and Steering Committee to evaluate changes to scope, timing, and budgets as necessary, based upon the needs of the business.

•             Monitoring project costs and forecasts

•             Monitoring project issues and risk

•             Project planning and scheduling

•             Project deliverable review

5 – 6  years of Experience in Project Management

•             At least 5 years of experience in project management.

•             Ability to manage complex IT projects with multiple work streams, service providers, and stakeholders.

•             Project management skills related to work planning, project staffing, project work oversight and dispatch, solution review and approval, and timeline, milestone, issue, risk, project change and financial management.

Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
