Must-Have**
10-15 years of exp.
HR applications (payroll/on boarding/verification).
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
1. Strong testing experience in HR applications
2. Good understanding of Integration of ERP applications with various legacy systems through middlewares
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Strong defect management and follow up and coordination skills
Good-to-Have
1. Good knowledge of Success Factor Employee Central application
2. Experience of testing multiple technologies like mainframe testing, database testing, Web testing
3. Good understanding of Automation testing.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Define testing roles and responsibilities with client and other vendors
Overall Test planning, creating schedule, defining scope for manual and automation testing
Drive meetings for requirement gathering, KT, queries/issues, review/sign off
Assigning tasks and coordinate with offshore team to ensure adherence to schedule, scope and budget. Motivate team to get best out of every team member.
Communicate status, risks, plan to various stakeholders through various status reports and meetings
