Title: Business Analyst Location: Milwaukee, WI Duration: 6- 12+ Months

 

Technical/Functional Skills           

·         2+ years of work experience involving analytical rigor and problem-solving skills

·         Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or relevant equivalent experience

·         Experience with industrial hardware product manufacturing is a plus

·         Ability to build connections with cross functional teams through communication and collaboration, and in delivering results in a goal-oriented environment

·         Experience in presenting technical content to general audiences

·         Communication experience with story-telling and presentations utilizing tools such as PowerPoint

·         Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel

Experience Required      10 years

Roles & Responsibilities               

·         Support the business in defining automated product registration and warehouse system requirements

·         Evaluate industrial product distribution paths and define automated product registration requirements for different entities along the product journey

·         Support the business in defining warehouse management system requirements

·         Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports

·         Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

·         Effectively communicate insights and plan to cross-functional team members and management

·         Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements

·         Manage competing resources and priorities, monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
