Position: Senior Linux System Admin

 

Duration: 6 MONTHS

 

Location: Cupertino, CA

 

Job Description/Skills Required:

ü  5+ Years of working experience with Linux Systems and Networks,

 

ü  Experience configuring and building Linux kernel and distribution,

 

ü  Experience in configuring Linux Services like Apache Web Server, PHP, MySQL, NIS, NFS, Sendmail, DHCP, DNS, IPTables, Snort, CLI, Linux Clusters,

 

 

ü  Experience in configuring Linux Servers with SAN, NAS and Software RAID,

 

ü  Familiarity with Cisco CatOS & IOS, Exposure to Linux Virtualization technologies like VMware, Xen & KVM,

 

ü  Good Knowledge of Shell Scripting, Perl, awk and sed.
