| Seeking Project Manager - Please email resumes with Rate, contact and location details to sales@intelysys.com Location: Miami, FL Length: 8 months+ Title: Project Manager (PMP) with Government, Legislative or Health Industry project experience The Project Manager will perform needs analysis, determine system requirements, analyze business processes, develop a business plan and spending plan/budget, and determine resource requirements. In addition, the Project Manager will follow a standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts. The Project Manager will assist the Program Manager with shaping priorities and will coordinate interaction with the customers, users, and stakeholders to keep the project on task. Requirements of the Project Manager q Experience in managing successful, large-scale IT projects that includes software analysis, design and programming q Experience with User Acceptance Testing methodologies and documentation q Extensive experience using Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects q Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans (work breakdown structures). q Extensive experience with meeting facilitation and documentation q Experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the Legislature or Steering Committee q Ability to lead the project team and effectively conduct the project to meet project objectives q Experience in delivering the project in the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e. defined to meet user requirements) within the approved budget and other specified criteria q Strong communication and collaborative skills q Government, Legislative or Health Industry project experience is a must Objectives The objectives and tasks to be performed by this Project Manager include the following: q Report to the Program Manager assigned to this project q Coordinate with Project Manager in the collecting and documenting project requirements and working through conceptual phases or early stages of project q Coordinate interaction with the customers, users and stakeholders and to keep the project team focused on the right goals q This Project Manager will also follow a standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts. Deliverables Key deliverables include weekly and monthly status reports detailing accomplishments, issues and tasks in progress and will meet PMO standards. Other deliverables include but are not limited to: q Project Planning, Organization, Implementation q Project Control Processes, Procedures, Change Control q Risk Management (risk tracking, mitigation and issue tracking) q Program Planning, Work Breakdown Structures, Scheduling and Control q Budget and Financial Management including Cost Analysis/ Cost Benefits q Acquisition Planning and Management q Requirements Documentation q Deployment plans q QA and UAT plan |
