Urgent need of Sr. Network Engineer (CA Spectrum and/or eHeallth expert needed

This is Monty from US Tech Solutions. I have following Urgent Requirement.

comfortable with requirement

Title: Senior Network Engineer (CA Spectrum and/or CA eHealth expert)
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 3 Months

Description:
This resource must have deep skills in working with CA Spectrum and/or CA
eHealth products. S/he will be responsible for implementing the southbound
gateways for Spectrum and eHealth for integration of network elements that
do not support SNMP.
Such device protocols include, but are not limited to TL1 devices. In
addition, the applicant must be able to interpret technical architecture
documentation and detailed designs, and translate detailed requirements and
designs into integration interface functionality.
Creating documentation for the implementation is a critical component of
this role.

The applicant must have prior experience performing custom integration of
the CA Spectrum and eHealth applications.
