Job Title: Data Modeler
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Duration: 12 Months
Data Modeler with Erwin experience is required.
Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for OLTP, DSS relational and DSS multidimensional database solutions.
Develop and implement strategies and methodologies in support of Master Data Management initiatives.
Lead or actively participate in end-user requirement gathering meetings
Facilitate modeling sessions and design walk-throughs with DBA and development team members
Work with DBA to convert logical data models to physical data models for implementation
Gather and maintain accurate metadata in Erwin models.
Work with Data Architecture team to ensure proposed database implementation conforms to client's corporate data strategy.
Provide operational support for existing models including impact analysis, logical and physical data model changes and metadata updates.
Follow corporate best practices for Data Administration and Data Modeling to support the corporate methodologies
