Roles & Responsibilities | · Analyzing Client Requirements · Understand the Software application being tested · Prepare test Strategy · Participating in Test Plan Preparation · Preparation of Development Time Plan · Identify areas of automation from manual test cases along with client teams · Development of the automation framework for automation · Preparation of Framework Design Document · Execute and/or modify existing test cases based on the changes in requirement specifications and design documents. · Develop traceability matrix to ensure test coverage for new features · Conduct test reviews · Preparing Test Scenarios · Preparing Test Cases · Preparing Test data · Preparing Test Environment · Write Necessary Test Scripts · Executing the Test Cases · Defect Tracking · Perform Necessary Re-Testing · Providing Defect Information · Preparing Report Summaries · Preparing Lesson Learnt Documents · Conducting review meeting within the team |
Generic Managerial Skills | · Agile / SCRUM Certification preferable · Technical / software Development / testing background · Critical thinking and problem solving skills |
