The Job Description is as follows:

Oracle - Core Apps(L4)-Undestanding of all process flows Expert in 3-4

modules Know the setups and business implications of the setups Design

Solutions Experienced in SQL,PL/SQL, D2K, Workflow, Discoverer, OAF, XML

Apps Functional Appreciation Core(L2)-Working experience of the core

modules including basic setups under FIN and SCM- at least 3 modules under

FIN and SCM

Apps Functional Appreciation Non-Core(L2)-Working experience of the core

modules including basic setups under HRMS andCRM - at least 3 modules under

HRMS and CRM

Oracle Apps OAF, ADF(L3)-Should have good knowledge on Java, J2EE,

PL-SQL, Oracle Applications, AOL,Advanced PL/SQL, Dynamic SQL, Performance

Tuning, Oracle D2K, OracleApplications 1-3 years experience in OAF with good

Java background andsupporting implementation experience,D2K Forms and

Reports. Should have goodfunctional knowledge of the modules being

implemented using OAF,reportingrequiremets,standard forms. Good

communication skills are must. Able toanalyse, design and implement

solutions using OAF,forms are reportsrequirements. Should have very good

knowledge on the features and limitationsof the technology and ways to

overcome it. Able to direct team members andprogrammers towards the common

solution,visualize the business scenarios andcommunicate the same with the

programmers and communicate with the customersfor requirement elicitations.
